Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch sales targets, revenue, and profit.
• Manage daily branch operations and SOP adherence.
• Develop branch strategies and work plans.
• Lead, direct, and motivate the branch team.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Build relationships with customers and partners.
• Monitor costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Prepare periodic branch performance reports.
