Job summary

Moladin, Indonesia’s leading mobility fintech platform, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for its Medan operations. You will lead a regional sales network, drive SME financing partnerships, and oversee credit and collection processes to improve profitability and growth across the branch.

This role requires strong leadership, an established regional network, and a track record of ethical, results-driven management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in SME or Commercial Banking, in branch management.
• Proven experience in overseeing sales, credit and collection within a banking environment.
• Experience in supply chain business operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch profitability targets.
• Build and maintain regional network; generate leads for partnerships and SME financing; qualify leads; retain and expand relationships.
• Identify business opportunities and develop promotional activities to increase sales.
• Lead, monitor daily activities, provide go-to-market strategies and ensure execution.
• Regularly evaluate performance of sales, credit, and collection activities.
