Job summary

PT KOBE BOGA UTAMA in Indonesia seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee end-to-end maintenance of bottling and pasteurizing lines and to lead mechanical and electrical technicians.

You will monitor OEE, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR, applying TPM to boost equipment performance while ensuring compliance with GMP/CPOB, ISO 22000/HACCP and K3 standards. Bojonegoro placement is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in F&B/Manufacturing.
• Experienced in bottling and pasteurizing lines.
• Good knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with TPM, OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
