Job summary

PT Hormel Pronas Nusantara, located at KITB Batang, Central Java, is seeking a hands-on Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to support commissioning and the ongoing operation of our food manufacturing facility. You will lead Mechanical and Electrical Technicians and drive reliable maintenance systems to minimise downtime and optimise performance.

The role emphasizes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement while ensuring GMP,

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on maintenance experience in food FMCG or process manufacturing.
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, RCA, TPM, OEE, MTTR and MTBF.
Good understanding of motors, drives, electrical panels, PLC, HMI, sensors, conveyors, pumps and packaging equipment.
Experience using CMMS is preferred.
Experience in GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and safety requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure maintenance schedules are completed according to the maintenance master plan.
Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, PLC, automation, pneumatic and control-system issues.
Respond quickly to equipment failures to minimize production downtime.
Conduct RCA and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring failures.
Monitor equipment availability, OEE, MTTR, MTBF and breakdown frequency.
