STEDI Talent Solution is seeking a seasoned Production Manager for a leading dairy FMCG company in Indonesia. You will oversee all dairy production operations, drive efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and manage a cross-functional team across planning, quality, and maintenance.

The role requires hands-on dairy manufacturing expertise, strong leadership, and experience with ERP/production systems. Commercial awareness and a track record of optimizing yield and reducing waste are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, with strong hands-on experience in dairy or dairy-based production.
• Strong knowledge of dairy manufacturing processes, production systems, and applicable food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, CPPOB, halal).

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end dairy production operations, ensuring targets, quality, safety, and delivery schedules are met.
• Develop and execute production plans optimizing manpower, raw materials, equipment, and capacity for efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs: output, yield, productivity, downtime, waste, and costs; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, CPPOB, HACCP, halal requirements and quality standards across production.
• Lead, develop and manage production teams, implement SOPs, safety practices and operational discipline.
• Collaborate with QA, PPIC, Engineering/Maintenance, Warehouse to resolve issues and improve processes.

About the job Production Manager - Dairy (FMCG)

We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager to join our client's team, a leadingFMCG company in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG industry,with hands-on experience in production management within dairy or dairy-based food manufacturing. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, including planning, operations, quality control, food safety, productivity, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end dairy production operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, food safety, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.
• Develop and execute production plans, optimizing manpower, raw materials, equipment, and production capacity to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor key production KPIs, including output, yield, productivity, downtime, waste, and production costs, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, CPPOB, HACCP, halal requirements, and applicable food safety and quality standards across all production activities.
• Lead, develop, and manage production teams while ensuring effective implementation of SOPs, work instructions, safety practices, and operational discipline.
• Work closely with QA, PPIC, Engineering/Maintenance, Warehouse, and other functions to resolve operational issues and continuously improve production processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, with strong hands-on experience in dairy or dairy-based production.
• Proven experience managing production operations, including production planning, quality, food safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of dairy manufacturing processes, production systems, and applicable food safety standards, including GMP, HACCP, CPPOB, and halal requirements.
• Proven experience managing production teams and factory operations, with strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated track record in improving production efficiency, yield, utilization, and waste reduction while maintaining product quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field, and experience with ERP/production systems is preferred.
