Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Karawang, West Java, seeks a maintenance leader to oversee PM and corrective work across all production machinery. You will manage a team of technicians, coordinate shifts, and drive safety and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

The role requires a technical degree and 3+ years in maintenance, including supervisory experience. Expect to maintain tight downtime targets and collaborate with PPIC and Purchasing on spare parts.

Qualifications

• D3 or S1 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance within packaging, printing, or converting industries
• Minimum 1 year experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Willing to work shift systems and be based in Karawang, West Java

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery according to manufacturer standards
• Handle and coordinate corrective maintenance repairs quickly to minimise production downtime
• Ensure all maintenance work is recorded in work order forms and maintenance logs
• Lead the maintenance technician team across shift rotations
• Create work schedules, evaluate team performance, and ensure team productivity
• Provide coaching and on-the-job training to junior technicians
• Manage spare parts and consumables inventory to prevent stock shortages affecting production
• Coordinate with PPIC and Purchasing for spare parts procurement and contractor services
• Ensure all maintenance work follows K3 safety procedures and LOTO protocols
• Actively report near-misses and investigate incidents in the maintenance area
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on downtime, breakdowns, and PM realisation
• Analyse failure data to prevent recurring problems
• Participate in TPM programmes and continuous improvement initiatives with the production team
