As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, developing preventative maintenance strategies, and leading a team to maintain our facilities to the highest standards. This role is strategically important to our operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction, facility efficiency, and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all preventative and corrective maintenance activities
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Manage and supervise maintenance staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development
• Monitor maintenance costs, prepare budgets, and optimise resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues before they become critical problems
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation to track equipment performance and service history
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies across all maintenance operations
