Job summary

PT Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia Tbk. is seeking a Production Facility Maintenance Foreman to coordinate a team responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving equipment to support reliable production and meet the company schedule.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs to minimize downtime, document activities per GDP and data integrity, and drive equipment performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in mechanical or related engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician/Personnel in pharma/food industry (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; knowledge and experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting; basic understanding of maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment monitoring to ensure availability.
• Coordinate prompt equipment repairs following breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities per GDP and data integrity requirements.
• Coordinate equipment performance improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or company.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment monitoring to ensure equipment availability in accordance with the established maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate prompt equipment repairs following breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure equipment availability.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance and equipment-related activities in accordance with Data Integrity and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) requirements.
• Coordinate equipment performance improvement initiatives to enhance equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
• Perform other activities or tasks as assigned by the superior or company.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in mechanical or related engineering field.

Requirements
