Job summary

PT Herbal Baliku Sehat in Bali is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our beverage production line. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met across packaging and production processes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a production supervisory role in F&B, knowledge of HACCP, GMP, CPPOB, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervision experience in F&B production.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, CPPOB and related food safety standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly report to Production Manager on inventory, materials, and schedules.
• Supervise staff, coordinate daily workflows, ensure end-to-end production line operation.
• Monitor processes, maintain batch documentation and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and other food safety standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and finance to resolve bottlenecks.
• Plan production schedules to meet targets and on-time delivery.

Job description

Fast growing beverages manufacturing, based in Kerobokan, Bali is looking for a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our beverages production line. The ideal candidate has strong background in food & beverage manufacturing, with strong leadership abilities and a passion for quality and improvement.

Key responsibilities

Directly report to the Production Manager on inventory levels, product availability, and production schedule progress.

Supervise production staff, coordinate daily workflows, and ensure seamless end-to-end operation of the beverage production line.

Monitor manufacturing and packaging processes, maintaining strict batch documentation and implementing rigorous quality control procedures.

Enforce full compliance with local and international health, safety, and food standards (GMP, CPPOB, HACCP).

Collaborate with Manager to research, identify, and engage qualified local and national suppliers for raw materials, food-grade chemicals, and packaging supplies.

Coach, train, and mentor production staff to build a high-performing, safety-conscious team culture.

Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure operational targets and on-time delivery goals are consistently met.

Partner closely with Finance, Field Merchandiser, Procurement, and Maintenance teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and streamline workflows.

Oversee raw material and packaging inventory, product inventory, manage supply reordering, and actively implement waste-reduction strategies to control operational costs.

Maintain accurate and timely records of production output, equipment usage, downtime, material usage, and staff attendance.

About you

Bali resident is a MUST.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

2+ years of proven experience in a production supervisory role in the F&B industry; experience in beverage/manufacturing line production is preferred.

Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, CPPOB, and other food safety standards.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Planning, organizing, problem solving skills.

Ability to troubleshoot production and equipment issues.
