Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an Learning & Development professional to conduct Training Needs Analysis, design annual programs, and align curricula with business goals. The role requires coordinating programs, vendors, and logistics, while maintaining LMS and training data.

You will monitor training effectiveness, develop IDPs, manage the training budget, and build partnerships with institutions to keep programs current with industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Learning & Development or related field.
  • Strong understanding of TNA, competency development, and curriculum design.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HCIS preferred.

  • Collaborate on Individual Development Plans and competency development programs.

Job description

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on organizational requirements, business unit needs, and position-specific competencies.

Develop annual learning and development programs, including the annual training calendar.

Design curricula, syllabi, learning materials, and training methodologies aligned with business and organizational needs.

Coordinate internal and external training programs, including administration, vendors, facilitators, participants, and logistical arrangements.

Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and training databases, where applicable.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using relevant evaluation methodologies, such as the Kirkpatrick Model.

Prepare training implementation reports, effectiveness analyses, and recommendations for improving learning and development programs.

Collaborate with business units in developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and competency development programs.

Manage the training budget in accordance with established work plans and ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources.

Establish and maintain partnerships with training institutions, universities, and Human Resources development vendors.

Support the development and implementation of company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and competency development systems.

Stay up to date with emerging trends in learning and development, digital learning, and talent development to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, Education, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Capital Development, or a related field.

Strong understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), competency development, and training curriculum design.

Good understanding of training evaluation methodologies and learning program effectiveness measurement.

Proven ability to develop training modules, presentation materials, and analytical reports.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and project management skills.

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Human Capital Information Systems (HCIS) is preferred.
