PT En Prima Food And Beverage in South Jakarta is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead the dining floor, ensure exceptional hospitality, and uphold top service standards. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and safety.

You will supervise front-of-house teams, optimize seating, train staff, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to deliver seamless service while reflecting the brand values and culture of the venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of floor management or senior service experience in upscale dining.
• Proven leadership to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage front-of-house staff, including hosts, servers, and bussers.
• Monitor dining floor operations for guest satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Conduct staff training to enhance service skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Manage table allocation, reservations, and guest flow to optimise seating efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across dining operations.
• Handle guest relations and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and report on service metrics and staff performance.
