Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of floor management or senior service experience in upscale dining.
• Proven leadership to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to join PT En Prima Food And Beverage in South Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining operational excellence across our establishment. As Floor Manager, you will be the visible leader on the dining floor, ensuring every guest receives outstanding hospitality whilst maintaining the highest standards of service quality, cleanliness, and compliance. Key responsibilities

Supervise and manage front-of-house staff, including hosts, servers, and bussers, ensuring adherence to company standards and service protocols

Monitor dining floor operations to ensure smooth service delivery, guest satisfaction, and timely resolution of any issues or complaints

Conduct staff training and development programmes to enhance service skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement

Manage table allocation, reservations, and guest flow to optimise seating efficiency and maintain service standards

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all areas of the dining floor

Handle guest relations and resolve conflicts with professionalism and discretion to maintain positive experiences

Maintain inventory of dining room supplies, linens, and equipment, and coordinate with other departments for replenishment

Monitor and report on service metrics, including guest feedback, dining times, and staff performance

Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely service delivery

Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the establishment's brand values and culture

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in floor management or senior service positions within upscale restaurants, hotels, or hospitality venues

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage diverse teams effectively

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, protocols, and best practices

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully

Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software

Sound understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal

Attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking capabilities

Knowledge of local Jakarta dining culture and hospitality industry standards is advantageous
