Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the restaurant floor to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Monitor service quality and ensure all team members consistently follow company service standards and SOPs.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and Front of House team to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
• Assist in handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Support the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in organizing daily floor operations and team assignments.
• Train, coach, and motivate service staff to maintain high performance and excellent guest service.
• Monitor staff grooming, attendance, and overall readiness before each shift.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining area at all times.
• Monitor table turnover, seating arrangements, and reservation flow to maximize operational efficiency.
• Assist in inventory monitoring for Front of House operational supplies when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, hygiene practices, and operational procedures.
• Support the Front of House team during busy service periods and lead by example.
