Job summary

PT En Prima Food and Beverage is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to join our Central Jakarta team. This full-time role will be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional experience from arrival to departure and building lasting relationships with our clientele.

You will manage guest inquiries, coordinate with kitchen, management, and maintenance teams, and maintain guest records to personalise future visits. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in guest relations/front office in hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin/Japanese/Korean advantageous.
• Experience with hospitality software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome.
• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Coordinate between guests and departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain guest records and preferences for personalized service.
• Manage reservations and event arrangements for functions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and adjust service accordingly.
• Train and supervise front office staff.
• Report feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Represent establishment professionally in guest interactions.
