Job summary

PT Upartners Sukses Bersama is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to oversee the dining area during busy hours, lead the team, and ensure service standards align with SOP. You will brief servers, assign tasks, liaise with the Outlet Manager, handle initial guest concerns, and monitor cleanliness and presentation to uphold guest satisfaction.

Candidates should have 1–2 years as Supervisor/Captain in food service, strong leadership, good communication, neat appearance, and be willing to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as Supervisor/Captain in a restaurant or cafe.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Communicative and neat appearance.
• Physically fit to stand/move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational flow of the floor/dining area during operational hours.
• Lead pre-service briefing to the server team.
• Ensure service standards and presentation procedures comply with SOP.
• Organize task distribution and work areas for servers.
• Act as liaison between the Outlet Manager and the server team.
• Handle first-level customer complaints before escalation to the Outlet Manager.
• Monitor cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.
• Assist the Outlet Manager in evaluating server team performance.
