Job summary

PT En Prima Food and Beverage is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to join our Central Jakarta team. This full-time role will be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional experience from arrival to departure and building lasting relationships with our clientele.

You will manage guest inquiries, coordinate with kitchen, management, and maintenance teams, and maintain guest records to personalise future visits. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in guest relations/front office in hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin/Japanese/Korean advantageous.
• Experience with hospitality software and POS systems.

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Relations Officer to join PT En Prima Food and Beverage in Central Jakarta. This is a full-time position where you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience with us is exceptional from the moment they arrive until they depart. As a Guest Relations Officer, you will play a vital role in building lasting relationships with our clientele, addressing their needs proactively, and enhancing their overall satisfaction. This position is central to our commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality and maintaining our reputation as a premier establishment in the food and beverage sector.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting guests upon arrival and ensuring a warm, professional welcome that sets the tone for their visit
• Managing guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner, responding promptly to concerns or complaints
• Liaising between guests and various departments (kitchen, management, maintenance) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintaining detailed guest records and preferences to personalise future interactions and demonstrate attentiveness to individual needs
• Coordinating special requests, reservations, and event arrangements for corporate and private functions
• Monitoring guest satisfaction throughout their visit and making real-time adjustments to enhance their experience
• Handling payment processing and financial transactions with accuracy and discretion
• Training and supervising front office staff to maintain consistent service standards
• Communicating feedback to management and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Representing the establishment professionally in all guest interactions and external communications

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in guest relations, front office management, or a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry or lifestyle restaurants
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures
• Proven ability to handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues to their satisfaction
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple guest requests simultaneously
• Proficiency in hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems
• Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean are advantageous
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Professional appearance and demeanour that reflects the standards of our establishment
• Certification in hospitality management, customer service, or a related field is preferred
