Bali Buda in Bali is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead front-of-house operations at our beachfront venue. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining top service standards across the restaurant and bar.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of floor management or senior service experience in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Ability to lead and develop team members and deliver consistent service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse guest groups.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities and shift management.
• Knowledge of restaurant management systems and reservation software.
• Fluency in English; Indonesian or Mandarin is a plus.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and calm under pressure.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience excellence.
• Certification or equivalent experience in F&B service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house operations including table management and seating.
• Lead and supervise the service team to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Train, mentor and manage floor staff with regular feedback.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and special events professionally.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards throughout service.
• Liaise with kitchen and bar to optimize service flow.
• Maintain records of covers, revenue and service metrics.
• Manage front-of-house inventory and supplies.
• Uphold Bali Buda brand values and service standards.
