Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a Front Office leadership role.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations including check-in and check-out.
• Lead, train, and mentor front desk and concierge staff.
• Manage VIP guest relations and resolve escalated issues.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and engineering for room readiness.
• Monitor occupancy, room assignments, and revenue targets.
• Prepare daily operational reports for the General Manager.
