Qualifications

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work across different cultures and social groups.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients' packaged application technologies are always optimized.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve application-based incidents and alerts.
• Handle second-line support focusing on resolving client requests.
• Execute changes and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Contribute to trend analysis reports for continuous improvement.

Skills
