Job summary

NTT DATA in Jakarta hybrid mode seeks an Applications Managed Services Engineer (L2) to ensure ERP and Middleware platforms stay in top shape. You will monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents and requests, while maintaining SLA commitments.

Collaborate across teams, participate in change control, and support disaster recovery initiatives to drive continuous improvement. You will work with automation teams, coach Service desk and L1 staff, and help deliver projects with a focus on reliability

Qualifications

Hands-on experience managing ERP, Middleware and other business-critical software.
Moderate experience in managed services with ServiceNow.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and lead troubleshooting.
Experience with change management and documenting changes.
Strong communication across cultures and teams.
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Monitor, investigate, and resolve application-based incidents and requests to keep operations running smoothly.
Provide second-line support, log incidents, and ensure SLAs are met.
Collaborate with automation teams and coach L1/support teams.
Contribute to trend analysis and continuous improvement.
Assist in disaster recovery implementation and project work.
