Job summary

PT WMM Makna Material is seeking a Junior Project Procurement Officer in Bali to support project procurement for FF&E, OS&E, and interior needs. The role focuses on sourcing products, evaluating suppliers, and maintaining a robust vendor database.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in purchasing/procurement, with strong Excel skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. The position involves coordinating with project teams to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably in hospitality, interior, construction, property development, or FF&E/OS&E projects.
• Good knowledge of suppliers and sourcing channels in Bali and/or Java.
• Strong sourcing and negotiation skills with good commercial awareness.
• Highly organized and administratively strong, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable handling quotation comparisons and procurement tracking.
• Proactive and persistent in supplier follow-up and problem-solving.
• Able to work independently while coordinating closely with the project team.

Key responsibilities

Source products, materials, suppliers, and manufacturers based on project requirements

Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers

Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, comparison sheets, POs, and supporting records

Follow up closely with suppliers on samples, production, delivery schedules, and outstanding requirements

Coordinate with the Project team to ensure items meet specifications, budget, and project timelines

About you

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Interior Design, Engineering, or other relevant field
