The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field, fluent English, 1–2 years' purchasing experience, SAP exposure, and strong analytical and communication skills to support cross-department collaboration.

• Support the clearance process for imported goods.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing suppliers, and facilitating communication with vendors to ensure the acquisition of high-quality goods and services for our operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles
• Has experience in handling supplies and materials for ME, Interior, and Architecture
• Proficiency in using SAP for procurement tasks is preferred.
• Understanding of import documentation and customs clearance procedures.
• Strong analytical skills for price comparison and cost efficiency.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments
