Job summary

PT WMM Makna Material is seeking a Junior Project Procurement Officer in Bali to support project procurement for FF&E, OS&E, and interior needs. The role focuses on sourcing products, evaluating suppliers, and maintaining a robust vendor database.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in purchasing/procurement, with strong Excel skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. The position involves coordinating with project teams to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably in hospitality, interior, construction, property development, or FF&E/OS&E projects.
• Good knowledge of suppliers and sourcing channels in Bali and/or Java.
• Strong sourcing and negotiation skills with good commercial awareness.
• Highly organized and administratively strong, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable handling quotation comparisons and procurement tracking.
• Proactive and persistent in supplier follow-up and problem-solving.
• Able to work independently while coordinating closely with the project team.

Responsibilities

• Source products, materials, suppliers, and manufacturers based on project requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong supplier/vendor database for FF&E, OS&E, interior, and other project-related items.
• Request and compare quotations, specifications, lead times, and commercial terms.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, POs, and supporting records.
• Follow up closely with suppliers on samples, production, delivery schedules, and outstanding requirements.
• Coordinate with the Project team to ensure items meet specifications, budget, and project timelines.
