The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, and at least 3 years of procurement experience. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and managing suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

The Procurement Coordinator will oversee the sourcing and purchasing of décor, furniture, and related supplies to support luxury villa development projects. This role ensures cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery by managing suppliers, coordinating with internal teams, and aligning procurement activities with project standards and company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Interior/Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, with at least 1 year in furniture, décor, construction, or property development.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Procurement software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Knowledge of local and international suppliers, import/export regulations, and industry trends.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Leadership skills to manage procurement processes and teams.
• Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies for décor, furniture, and supplies that align with villa development needs, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers while managing contracts, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Cross-Team Coordination

Work closely with Project Managers, Interior Designers, and Construction teams to align purchasing decisions with project timelines and design requirements, while overseeing logistics and inventory.

Market & Financial Analysis

Conduct market research to identify new trends and suppliers, and prepare budgets, reports, and cost analyses to optimize procurement efficiency and support decision-making.
