Engio is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales and profitability for lifting equipment across multiple industries in Indonesia. You will explore market opportunities, identify projects, and present value-focused solutions to clients while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires 2–3 years of technical sales experience, a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, and willingness to travel. Jakarta-based with strong English communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in technical sales.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Knowledge of cranes or lifting equipment is a plus.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of the comprehensive range of lifting equipment, including industrial cranes, port solutions, and specialized service offerings.
• Leverage your technical expertise to understand client needs and provide tailored, value-added solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients across various industries, from general manufacturing to heavy-duty applications.
• Conduct site visits and technical presentations to showcase product capabilities and safety features.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
