Your role includes pre-sales demonstrations, technical presentations, and collaborating with operations and engineering to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or related field.
• Technical or engineering background preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customers or accounts, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Grow and retain accounts through expansion opportunities and high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including exhibitions, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution discussions.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality and support to address customer needs and ensure successful sales initiatives.
