Job summary

Engio is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager — Synthetic Products to drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and managing relationships with key industry partners in Indonesia. You will develop accounts, present technical solutions, and lead negotiations for lifting, rigging, and fall-protection products.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in B2B sales, and 2+ years leading a sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Min. 5 years in B2B sales, focusing on synthetic lifting products.
• At least 2 years leading a sales team.
• Proven ability to develop new markets and maintain customers.
• Willingness to travel for business.
• Established network in manufacturing, logistics, ports, construction, and mining.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell lifting, rigging, and fall-protection products to industrial customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Deliver technical presentations and provide consultations.
• Prepare quotations and lead negotiations.
• Propose technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service.
