Job summary

PT Fujizy Lift Contruction Indonesia is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer Lift & Elevator to join the sales team in Tangerang Banten. The role focuses on identifying new prospects, understanding customer needs, and delivering competitive lift and elevator solutions.

You will design proposals, work with the technical team to ensure delivery, and monitor sales progress to drive business growth. A dynamic, collaborative environment with training opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing of construction equipment, particularly lifts and elevators.
• Deep understanding of products, technology, and trends in the lift and elevator industry.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and safety standards in the industry.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and seek new prospects and develop and maintain solid relationships with potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend lift and elevator solutions that suit their requirements.
• Design proposals and competitive and attractive sales offers.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure satisfactory product and service delivery.
• Monitor and report sales progress, and identify opportunities for improvement and business growth.
