Responsibilities

• Understand machinery specifications, technical features, and product capabilities.
• Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable machinery based on customer requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical explanations to customers.
• Visit customers to understand their needs and provide technical support throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with the sales team to support business development and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for sales growth.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and technical developments.
