Job summary

PT SpanSet Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to promote lifting, rigging, and fall protection products to industrial customers. The role combines technical guidance with proactive account development, requiring strong presentation skills and the ability to work independently.

You will build relationships, prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service. A technical background and 2+ years in sales engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in lifting, rigging, or safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell lifting, rigging, and fall protection products to industrial customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide technical presentations and consultations to customers.
• Prepare quotations and conduct sales negotiations.
• Offer technical solutions based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
