MatchaTalent is seeking an Account Sales B2B HORECA to identify, acquire, and grow new business accounts for fresh eggs and other processed egg products in Indonesia, with a focus on Jakarta hotels, restaurants, and central kitchens. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to order closure, while coordinating with the Blitar-based team to support fulfillment and after-sales service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and repeat sales.
• Experience selling to HORECA accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering).
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier registration is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers in the HORECA sector.
• Build relationships with purchasing teams and coordinate with internal teams for trials and approvals.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms within limits, and secure management approval for discounts.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and drive repeat orders.
• Coordinate with Blitar team and distributors on availability, delivery and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, prospects, and sales activity while protecting confidential information.
