MatchaTalent is seeking an Account Sales B2B HORECA specialist in Jakarta to win and grow fresh eggs and related products with hotels, restaurants, and foodservice operators. You will lead prospecting, visits, product sampling, and commercial negotiations to convert prospects into enduring accounts.

You will coordinate with the Blitar team and distributors, manage quotations and terms, and build strong relationships with purchasing, R&D, QA/QC, and chefs to drive sustainable sales growth across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven HORECA new-account experience.
• Experience selling food ingredients to foodservice buyers.

Responsabilités

• Identify and win new B2B customers in HORECA.
• Build relationships with procurement and QA/QC teams.
• Coordinate samples, specs, and trials with internal teams.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Develop long-term account relationships and repeat orders.
