MatchaTalent seeks an experienced Account Sales B2B Horeca to drive new business for fresh and processed egg products in Bali. The role focuses on acquiring hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering operators, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and coordinating with the Blitar team for fulfillment and support.

The ideal candidate has strong HORECA experience, knowledge of procurement processes, and a proven track record in building long-term customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in B2B sales or business development with proven wins.
• Direct experience selling to HORECA customers such as hotels and restaurants.
• Knowledge of procurement, supplier approvals, and cost negotiations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers in Bali’s HORECA segment.
• Assess product requirements, conduct visits, and convert prospects to active accounts.
• Coordinate samples, specs, and trials with internal teams to support orders.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, volumes, delivery, and payment terms.
• Maintain records of visits, prospects, forecasts, and follow-ups.
