PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Account Sales B2B HORECA professional to identify, acquire, and grow new business accounts for fresh eggs, salted eggs, and other processed egg products. You will engage hotels, restaurants, cafés, and central kitchens, and coordinate with the Blitar-based team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing HORECA accounts such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses.
• Direct B2B sales experience selling food ingredients or related products to foodservice operators; retail-only experience is not sufficient.

Responsabilités

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers in the HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering, central kitchens).
• Build and nurture relationships with procurement teams and business owners, navigating supplier registration and procurement processes.
• Coordinate product samples, technical specs, and documentation with internal teams for evaluation and approval.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, order volumes, delivery schedules, and payment terms within authorized limits.
• Foster long-term relationships to drive repeat business and increase account value.
• Coordinate with Blitar-based team and distributors on product availability, orders, delivery, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, prospects, procurement stages, forecasts, and follow-ups.
