Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a results-driven Account Sales B2B Horeca specialist to drive new business for fresh eggs, salted eggs, and related products in Bali. You will identify opportunities, visit hotels and restaurants, and build relationships with procurement teams to deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development with HORECA experience.
• Direct experience selling to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses is required.
• Strong network in Bali with HORECA buyers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B Horeca accounts in Bali.
• Assess client needs, purchasing volumes, and coordinate product trials.
• Negotiate terms, prepare quotations, and manage price margins.
• Coordinate with internal teams in Blitar for order fulfillment and QC.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, prospects, and forecasts.
• Build lasting relationships with procurement decision-makers and chefs.
• Ensure timely payments and customer satisfaction.
