MatchaTalent is seeking a proactive Account Sales B2B HORECA professional to expand a portfolio of fresh and processed egg products in Jakarta. You will identify, pursue, and convert new hotel, restaurant, and institutional accounts, negotiating terms and coordinating with a Blitar-based team to ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HORECA or food ingredients.
• Proven track record in acquiring new accounts and closing repeat sales.
• Strong negotiation, pricing, and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel across Jakarta and Blitar for visits and assignments.

Responsabilités

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers in hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering, central kitchens, and other foodservice buyers.
• Build relationships with purchasing, R&D, QA/QC, production, chefs, and owners while navigating procurement processes.
• Coordinate product samples, specifications, and trials with internal teams to support approvals.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate terms within approved limits; seek management approval for discounts/credit.
• Develop long-term relationships and grow order value with existing accounts.
• Coordinate with Blitar-based team and distributors on availability, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, prospects, stages, forecasts, and follow-ups.
