Pt Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Bali seeks an experienced Account Sales B2B Horeca to expand our fresh and processed egg product portfolio. You will drive field sales to hotels, restaurants, and catering companies, manage procurement relations, and coordinate with teams in Blitar for orders and fulfillment.

You must have proven B2B sales experience with Horeca customers, strong negotiation skills, and be based in Bali with willingness to travel. English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in B2B sales or business development with track record in acquiring and growing clients.
• Experience selling to HORECA and foodservice operators is required.
• Practical knowledge of institutional procurement processes and supplier registration.

Responsabilités

• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers in Bali's HORECA sector.
• Assess product requirements, conduct visits, and convert prospects into active accounts.
• Build relationships with procurement decision-makers and coordinate product samples and trials.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and manage delivery schedules within authorized limits.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, orders, and after-sales follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, prospects, forecasts, and payments.
