MatchaTalent is seeking a focused Account Sales B2B Horeca professional to grow our client base in Bali. You will identify and secure new HORECA accounts for fresh eggs, salted eggs, and other egg products, while coordinating with the Blitar team for fulfillment.

You will manage field sales across Bali, build relationships with procurement decision-makers, and negotiate terms to convert prospects into recurring customers, while ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales or business development with a proven track record in customer acquisition and repeat sales.
• Proven experience selling to HORECA, foodservice operators, central kitchens, or institutional buyers.
• Strong knowledge of the Bali market and established network with HORECA decision-makers.
• Understand end-to-end B2B sales cycle: prospecting, negotiating, closing, repeat orders.

Responsabilités

• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers in Bali’s HORECA sector.
• Assess customer requirements, visit prospects, and convert them to active accounts.
• Build relationships with purchasing/procurement decision-makers and internal teams.
• Coordinate product samples, specs, approvals, and trials with internal teams.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and discounts within limits.
• Gain management approval for discounts and credit facilities when needed.
• Develop long-term relationships to increase sales volumes and account value.
• Coordinate with Blitar team and distributors on availability, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, forecasts, and follow-ups.
• Protect confidential customer data and ensure satisfaction and timely payments.
