Responsibilities

• Manage network infrastructure and Wi-Fi across guest areas and back-of-house operations.
• Monitor and maintain data security protocols to protect guest and financial data.
• Assist in implementing new technology solutions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on IT systems and procedures for confident usage.
• Conduct regular system backups and maintenance to prevent data loss.
• Collaborate with external vendors and IT partners to resolve complex technical issues promptly.

Join Dijiwa Sanctuaries as an IT Staff member at our stunning Wana Desa Tanah Lot property, where ancient temples meet modern luxury overlooking the Indian Ocean. As part of our Finance team, you will be the technological backbone that ensures seamless operations across our property, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences at our sanctuary for the soul.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing all IT infrastructure and systems that support our Finance department and overall hotel operations. Your technical expertise will directly impact our ability to provide smooth, efficient service to every guest who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot POS (Point of Sale) systems, property management software, and accounting platforms to ensure uninterrupted financial operations
• Provide technical support for all hotel departments, ensuring staff can deliver seamless guest experiences without technology barriers
• Manage network infrastructure, including Wi‑Fi systems across guest areas and back-of-house operations
• Monitor and maintain data security protocols, protecting guest information and financial data with the highest standards
• Assist in implementing new technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Train team members on IT systems and procedures, empowering staff to use technology confidently
• Conduct regular system backups and maintenance to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity
• Collaborate with external vendors and IT partners to resolve complex technical issues promptly

Success in this role means maintaining 99% system uptime, resolving 90% of IT issues within 2 hours, and ensuring all financial transactions process accurately and securely. Your work directly supports our front‑line teams in creating memorable moments for our guests.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Basic IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred. Strong proficiency in English required; Indonesian language proficiency is a plus. Must demonstrate problem‑solving abilities and guest service mindset.
