You will oversee all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, lead a specialized engineering team, and mentor staff to uphold the highest standards of service and safety.

Beyond maintenance, you will drive preventive programs, optimize energy use, and collaborate with departments to ensure facilities support exceptional guest experiences at the Tanah Lot

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of facility or engineering management experience in hospitality.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English is an advantage.
• Safety certifications and ability to work flexible hours.

You will lead a dedicated engineering team in maintaining our luxury boutique property, overseeing all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Your role extends beyond technical maintenance—you will be an educator, mentor, and innovator who shapes how our team approaches hospitality infrastructure. Success in this role means maintaining our property at the highest standards while fostering a culture of proactive care and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and collaboration
• Oversee all property maintenance operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity
• Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations, fire codes, and environmental standards
• Manage engineering budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for energy efficiency
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and capital projects
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, minimizing guest disruption
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, equipment warranties, and inventory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in facility or engineering management, preferably in hospitality. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia required; English proficiency is advantageous. Must possess relevant safety certifications and be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
