Job summary

Dijiwa Sanctuaries seeks a Resort Manager to lead Accommodation & Guest Services across its boutique sanctuaries, based from the corporate office in Denpasar. You will align A&G across properties, translating our brand ethos into tangible, memorable moments for guests.

Lead, mentor, and develop on-site teams, drive service excellence, and manage budgets while upholding the highest luxury standards in Indonesian hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel/resort management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the A&G department.
• Certification in hotel management or a related area is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing operational standards and service protocols that elevate the guest journey across all Dijiwa properties.
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting on-site A&G teams to foster a culture of excellence, warmth, and proactive hospitality.
• Analyzing guest feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Managing departmental budgets, resource allocation, and inventory to ensure operational efficiency without compromising luxury standards.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience from reservation to departure.
• Overseeing recruitment, training, and development of A&G staff, nurturing talent that embodies the Dijiwa spirit.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards within the Indonesian hospitality landscape.
• Acting as a key brand ambassador, resolving escalated guest concerns with grace and turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
