Dijiwa Sanctuaries seeks an Engineering Supervisor for our Wana Desa property in Tanah Lot to lead the engineering team and oversee preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

You will collaborate with other departments to resolve guest needs quickly, mentor your crew, uphold safety standards, and promote sustainable practices that align with our luxury guest experience.

Qualifications

Engineering degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel/resort engineering maintenance.
Current competency certifications in electrical safety and HVAC systems.
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
