Job summary

Dijiwa Sanctuaries is seeking a Chief Accountant for The Wana Desa Tanah Lot in Bali to maintain financial integrity and support sustainable growth in luxury hospitality. You will partner with the property leadership to balance operational efficiency with guest-centric service.

The ideal candidate has a CPA/CA, at least 2 years of accounting leadership, and strong IFRS/Indonesian GAAP expertise, with fluency in Indonesian and English to engage with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA/CA highly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership capability.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English (written and spoken) for interaction with international guests and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and analysis under IFRS or Indonesian GAAP.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for hospitality operations.
• Develop internal controls and coordinate audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from a reputable university. Professional accounting certification such as CPA or CA is highly preferred. Minimum 2 years of progressive accounting experience, with demonstrated leadership capability. Proficiency in both Indonesian and English language (written and spoken) is essential for this role, as you will engage with international guests and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are fundamental requirements.
