High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality-related diploma or degree preferred. Previous experience in front office operations required, with demonstrated progression in hospitality roles. Strong English language proficiency required; additional Bahasa Indonesia skills are highly desirable. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
