We are seeking a dedicated General Engineering professional to join our team at The Wana Desa Tanah Lot, where ancient traditions meet modern luxury in the heart of Bali's cultural landscape.

As a General Engineer at Dijiwa, you will be the silent guardian of our guests' comfort and safety, ensuring every detail of our sanctuary operates flawlessly behind the scenes. Your technical expertise and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to creating memorable experiences that our guests carry with them long after their stay.

In this role, you will conduct preventive and corrective maintenance across all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and back-of-house operations. You will respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests, treating each interaction as an opportunity to exceed expectations. Your daily responsibilities will encompass HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical infrastructure, and general building maintenance, ensuring all systems operate at optimal performance.
