Dijiwa Sanctuaries invites a seasoned Front Office Manager to oversee the guest experience at The Wana Desa Tanah Lot in Bali. Lead and mentor a passionate front office team, ensuring warm, authentic Indonesian hospitality in a luxury sanctuary setting.

You will collaborate with housekeeping, F&B and guest services to anticipate needs, uphold service excellence, and elevate guest satisfaction scores in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of front office experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role required.
• Strong English communication skills essential. Additional language skills advantageous.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems.
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
