Titan SmartTech Pte Ltd (Singapore HQ) is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager for Indonesia to drive regional growth in water, environmental, and industrial solutions. This hunter-type role focuses on new opportunities, EPCs, consultants, and key decision makers, with end-to-end responsibility from lead generation to deal closure.

Requirements include a diploma or degree in engineering and at least five years in business development or technical sales for industrial projects.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Project Sales.
• Proven experience in industrial, engineering, EPC, or water-related projects.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities within the industrial and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, consultants, and key decision makers.
• Manage the project pipeline and proactively identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct client visits, deliver presentations, and engage in technical discussions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals and support tender submissions.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
