Job summary

PT UWT Indonesia seeks a Sales Engineer who is passionate about water & wastewater treatment, business development, and project sales. You will develop and achieve sales targets while building strong relationships with customers and industry partners.

You will identify new project opportunities in manufacturing, power generation, and other sectors, prepare quotations with the engineering and management teams, and travel to customer sites for technical discussions and demos.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or related field.
3–5 years in Sales Engineering or project sales.
Experience in water/wastewater or industrial equipment preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and achieve sales and business development targets.
Identify and acquire new customers and project opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and networks.
Understand customer requirements and propose water treatment solutions.
Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations.
Prepare quotations with Engineering and Management teams.
Follow up leads, tenders, and projects from opportunity to closing.
Develop repeat business and upsell opportunities.
Monitor market trends, pricing and customer needs.
