Sinowater International Solution is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to helm the sales team and drive growth in Indonesia, with a focus on water treatment solutions. You will lead strategy, build client relationships, and close deals to reach ambitious targets.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in sales management within the water treatment sector, strong leadership skills, and the ability to travel for business development as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with good Bahasa Indonesia communication; English is an advantage.
• Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
• Sales experience in water treatment industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial water treatment products, systems or solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and customer relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the water treatment industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Conduct market research and identify new customers, projects, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical and other internal teams to provide suitable solutions for customers.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to management.
