Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Partner Business Development Manager to drive Huawei Cloud's ecosystem in Indonesia. You will build strategic partnerships with SIs, ISVs, MSPs, and other cloud players, shaping go-to-market collaboration and cloud business growth.

You will manage partner onboarding, enablement, and executive relationships, analyzing market opportunities and delivering ecosystem insights to support long-term growth in a competitive cloud market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, CS, Informatics Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in BD, partner management, or ecosystem roles within cloud/ICT industries.
• Experience with SaaS, PaaS, public/private/hybrid clouds.
• Strong networks with Indonesia cloud ecosystem partners (SIs, ISVs, MSPs).
• Proven ability to engage C-level executives within Indonesia's cloud ecosystem.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Huawei Cloud ecosystem in Indonesia through partnerships with SIs, ISVs, MSPs, cloud players.
• Build and execute partner development strategies aligned with Huawei Cloud's objectives and market plans.
• Analyze market trends and partner capabilities to strengthen Huawei Cloud's position.
• Manage full partner lifecycle: onboarding, enablement, relationships, performance evaluation, growth planning.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with strategic ecosystem partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners to co-develop industry cloud solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead joint GTM activities, cloud marketplace initiatives, and collaborative engagements.
• Support partner capability development through training and certification programs.
• Drive ecosystem engagement and cloud business performance with strategic operational support.
• Provide market insights, forecasts, and ecosystem analysis to support long-term growth.
